There are two rubber fuel lines going to my fuel pump. I forgot to mark which rubber pipe came off which outlet. Have a rough idea but is there potential to cause damage if they are the wrong way round about when firing up ?

Decided to go with my gut feeling and the car started and seems to be fine apart from my fuel gauge doesn't seem to be working :(
If it runs then it's fine, if you had them the wrong way round it wont run ;)
Fuel gauge could be you forgot to plug it back in ?
I have plugged it back in mate. I think I know the problem. I had my tank off and sealed the inside. What was left form sealing the tank , I used on the craddle which holds the pump. Although I did not coat the little gauge on the craddle,I did give it a chemical wash. Wonder if that could be the problem.
Either that or the 10 litres I put in the tank is not registering. Will fully fill the tank tommorrow and see what happens.
Glad to hear your back on the road.
