Green light Shocked
Don't know who I spoke to but as its renewal time I rang green light for a quote. They took some details but because I had a quote last year and I didn't take it out with them he told me smugly they won't quote me or provide me cover?. I went with sky as they bettered the quote ( who doesn't shop around )
With very good comments on here and posts of good service I thought if the quote was good I'll change to green light as sky seem to have gone down hill especially contacting them.
I'm 32 I have full no claims, do less than 5k a year, don't even use the car in winter only about 7 months of the year and have owned plenty of 200sx silvias over the years but can't get cover all because I didn't take the policy last year!!! Absolutely Shocking :no:
I'm also a previous customer to green light so it's not like I've not put custom their way

Must of been some crossed wires as when i refered to my colleague who you spoke to earlier it didnt make sense with what you have posted.
Eitherway I'll get him to call you and check the details and organise a quote if we can.

I am not stepping into take sides but if for any reason you do have a bad review of any company on the forum be it a trader or service provider, i feel you are best trying to resolve the matter via pm 1st.
As we can see here Neil is trying to resolve the situation and is more than happy to help where he can.
Hope you get this resolved dude and :thumbs: to Neil for taking the time to try resolve things.

Sorted after a receiving a phone call from green light to sort out the mis understanding on their side. Insurance now sorted with them for a great price after a stressful morning of phone calls, cheers
