The Weekender 2016!!!!!!! Provisional timetable of events

Right guys here is what we have provisionally planned for 2016


Friday evening

6pm on arrive and pitch up tents , please pay attention to designated camping areas by club

Saturday am

7 til 9 am - Sign on infield pit garage
7.30 to 9.30am - Breakfast in track side cafe.

9am til 12.00 track opens

12 til 1 pm Lunch , track side cafe

1.00pm - open track parade lap for everyone
1.10 pm = track closes
1.55pm - 5pm - track open


7pm - Dinner at campsite

8.30pm - interclub games which will probably involve alcohol :)

9.30pm til very very early - music , dancing , stupidity , chairmans wife driving a golf kart , frivolity etc etc :)



Sunday

when everyone gets up - breakfast/lunch

Show and shine judging ( one representative from each club in attendance will be on the panel )
Charity raffle
Some fun interclub games ( no alcohol involved )

4pm ish - pack up and head home.
