I had my windscreen replaced on mine by autoglass and they literally used a universal seal and no trims.
Don’t think the trims are required unless you want to keep it completely oem

There’s a company called big red ltd that do all the brake rebuild kits, just search big red brakes on google and they’ll pop up. Might be best contacting them to see if they’ve got a kit for you
You could try a company called conceptua on eBay, they do a lot of stuff for sbodies but not too sure if they would do the OEM arms. It may just be the setup not being done properly, I’ve replaced...
You can get the bearings from eBay, just type in s13 wheel bearing and a bunch come up. Most parts places like motor parts direct or Euro car parts should also stock them

I took my locks off and took the barrels to a local locksmiths and he made up a key for me, think he put a blank one in and then worked out the shape of the key from there but worth a shot, only cost...

Yeah you need s13 prefacelift calipers if going back to 257mm rotor. Don't think you need to change the brackets though

I believe so, not 100% sure cause I've done the opposite. I put 14 calipers on facelift discs. I think the standard brackets should be fine though, I have the standard brackets on mine and they...
Think you can swap the hubs around and use s13 facelift disks on the front. Think they're the same diameter but not as thick as the S14 rotors
