Why dont you just buy a standard one keep it in the boot or something its only 4 bolts each time for the MOT, dam easier and cheaper than putting a highflow cat on which TBH isnt worth it. may aswell...

have you checked the gap on the plugs?between .7 and .9 should be about right i think.could be coil packs too. when does the shuddering start? at what revs? could be boost leak also, do you have FMIC...

Mate your wasting your time with the hard pipes. braided are best. the oem ones are liable to crack. dont bend em for god sake as you wll crack em :thumbs:
i agree with everything in madmax's post, check your plugs. are you using a cooler plug? H-dev recomended NGK for me (grage 7 i think?) and gap to be about 0.7. cured mine straight away :thumbs:
