I've recently bought some 16 inch s13 alloys and got told they were off Gerry Marshalls (The 70's touring car driver) s13 200sx that he had as his personal car, I have googled it but can't find any...
Hi Skyshack, I'm not sure mate as I've not tried it but it's not noticeable at very low speeds so I'd be surprised if I'd be able to tell .
It's the last of the s13's 1994 on an L and yes it does...
Yes Jonny but only 35mm on tein springs .
Good point, I had the n/s rear wheel bearing done as that is where the noise is more prominent from and still is now
Also, it didn't have an uprated fuel pump when I bought the car and I'm pretty certain it made the wurring noise then but just not as loud...
Not a bad idea, but then the noise is a progressive noise and changes tone as I speed up but yeah I'll try it so cheers for the idea Pointz .
Just on the original subframe bushes as I've never touched them, I've no idea what locking collars are!? So it's looking like it could be the diff? It still makes the noise even when I knock it out...
I've got a walbro uprated fuel pump but I'm 90% certain it's not that .
No I've never had the diff off or upgraded in in any way, maybe I should get it inspected!

Hi Jonny, thanks for the info! So if I decided to go for 205/55's on the back I'd be best getting 195/55's for the front maybe?
I'll look into the prices of the Bridgestones and Goodyears .

Oh really I didn't know they were only 6'' wide! I've refurbished them and they look mint now plus I'm only using them temp while I get my 18's refurbished as the diamond cut lips are corroding...
Hi all, I've currently go a set of 18's on my 94 s13 and am putting the original 15 inch (7 spoke facelift) rims back on... the standard tyre sizes are 195 60 15 and I was thinking of putting some...
I'm having an alloy hard pipe made for my s13 (ca18det) and need to know the diameter measurements for both afm and turbo flange ends? Cheers .
Thanks alot for the useful information, I had no idea what kind of fittings it had tbh- I know loads of people rip a/c out as it drains your bhp/fuel but i've always liked having it especially when...
Hi, I have a late s13 200sx (uk model) with air-con I work in a Garage and we have just bought a brand new air-con re-gas machine and mine isn't blowing as cold as it should be so I asked my boss if...
Interesting to see peoples different Front Mounts, the red and white ones both look really smart . That's a valid point Norfy... I wasn't aware that the fan cowling was that important! I know someone...
I did'nt realise it was an old way of converting to a front mount, alot of the kits on ebay don't tell you if they will fit (the pipework they supply) with the use of a smaller battery but cheers for...
At some point i'll be looking to upgrade from the stock side mount IC to a front mount but don't really want to re-locate my battery to the boot, i've heard that the Saab 9000 oem IC is a good...
Cheers for the info, ok will do man!

I've always used 10w40 semi-synthetic but then a mechanic I know recently told me I should be using fully synthetic but ive always thought that could be too thin for a 21 year old 100k ca engine as...
