Hmm that looks much thinner than the D1. Cheers :)
Hope it's thin enough that I don't need to change the boss.
Found this
https://www.funkypower.co.uk/catalogue.php?t=p&make=NISSAN&model=200SX&year=&level1=&level2=&level3=&id_product=4666
which is really thin, but says S13/14 only and doesn't appear in...
Are the D1-spec ones bad? It came with the car....
All the bosses I've seen on ebay look the same thickness as my current boss.
Can anyone recommend a decent short boss for an S15 to use with a D1-Spec snap-off hub please?
The current boss is really 'tall' which means the wheel is too close to me and I have to reach for...
6boost have a UK presence though it seems. They use steam pipe instead of stainless, enamel coat the mani and offer lifetime warranty against cracking.
So the price is higher but it does seem to...
Sounds great. I've PM'd him so will see what he says.
I guess my other concern is the position of the turbo on his mani might stop my downpipe mating without modification.
Do you guys have your turbo/wastegate braced? If so how did you go about it?
I'm wondering if regardless of what I buy (Wardy or otherwise) all that weight hanging off will still crack it.....
Thanks mate - I've sent him a PM
My Mazworx top mount manifold has cracked again after paying a fair few quid to have all the welds redone after the last round of cracking.
Should I go for Mazworx again or would I be better off...
Hi Rob,
Thanks for that. My current mani has cracked. We're going to try welding it first but if it fails again then I might well take you up on this!
Justin
Are you doing a forum deal on the top mount manifold as well by any chance?
