If there's nothing actually wrong with your exhaust simply smear a bit of exhaust paste around one of the flanges and tell the MOT tester it was blowing a bit and you've sorted it and they'll give it...

Another vote for master cylinder seals. Either that or a bit of shit stuck under the valve preventing it from seating, in which case another quick bleed may shift it.

If the revs didn't come back up I'd say a vaccuum hose split but as they do I'd hazard a guess at a sticky idle control valve - had a very similar problem on my old Calibra.

Col, if you've bypassed the standard boost control solenoid you'll only be running actuator base pressure and missing out on lots of fun!

Could very well be the lambda sensor.
The cause of overfuelling though is more often than not a boost leak. Do you have anymore symptoms? ie full boost coming in late or running out of power at the...

As above, use a flexi downpipe or get a bracket made up to anchor the turbo elbow to the block as used on the S14a.

I beleive all the S14 and S14a's you've seen are probably aftermarket bumpers designed to mimic the R33 bumper. There would be a mountain of work to try and get a genuine skyline bumper to fit...
