If it helps an s14 rack is an upgrade and fits I'm about to swap mine (180sx also) but the lines you speak of are just rubber so only need fuel safe rubber to replace?

If you using new studs clench nuts and lock tabs you won't have a problem.
I'm not a fan of welding a manifold to turbo seen too many manifolds crack
