I just remembered about the fuel tank breather on the filler neck. That should let out any pressure from the tank from the fuel return hose. Mabye see if that is blocked.

sounds like something is causing back pressure in the tank. Have you checked your fuel lines are not blocked or connected the right way?

Mine did this after I rebuilt the engine, turns out was the gap size of my plugs was 1.0 so I changed them to 0.8 for std and it ran fine after that.

Iv just rebuilt the engine put new bearings in torqued up to the correct spec so I wouldnt have thought it could be that unless they have gone loose? Ill get a vid of the engine running up shortly...
