Hmm good point, do they often become faulty?
Are they an easy part to get hold of to replace?
has anyone else heard of this problem?

I fully know what you mean about the difference between a cold day and a warm day as ive had cars before which felt better when it's cold out, due to the cool denser air, but this much more...

nah i hav'nt, but i had a Celica Gt4 (st205) with around 260bhp and on a good day my 200 feels much quicker :nod:.
Other than the FMIC which has recently been fitted to try and cure this problem,...

shock! :eek: noway do i rev the backside out off my car from cold, i totally respect the guidlines of running a high performance turbo'd motor (warm up first, allow to cool before switch off) ive had...

I'd also like to mention that knowing what they look like fitted, i'd prolly opt for et30 on the rears and maybe fit a slightly wider tyre to make up the 10mil defecit!
I'm sure that it's the cars...

Ive got 9.5" X 18 Rota GTR's et20 front and rear (no spacers).
225/40/18 front (no arch mods) 245/35/18 rear (slight roll and flare)
The car sits quite low on apex coilovers and sofar no issues!

It's had most parts replaced or overhauled, inc new plugs (NGK BKR7EIX) etc.
The problem is the car always seems...

Hi, my car seems to be displaying typical boost leak symtoms, which to be honest it has done so since i got it 8 months ago!
Since i bought the car ive replaced or modified it with loads of new...

I have a mate who's owned a few cars fitted with rose joints and he also has Quad bike with them fitted, and he reckons rose joints are always a lot harsher and noisier than rubber or poly bushes! :(

I got some allen head ones for my Rota GTR's from Justin at RareRims, not sure if they were a £1 or £2 each, but done the job anyways!

I have excactly the same problem too, but seems to be NSR for me!
Only happens on small sharpish bumps, not as noticable when really on the move!
I have only recently fitted brand new Apex...

Tah, i had it checked once with one of those fault code thingys (ecu reader) while he was checking something else and it was running at 15deg tdc at idle, but i'm not sure if that's an accurate...
