You don't need passenger tickets if you have a carpass.. Unless you're over 3 passengers.. Then you can just order the entrance tickets on the japfest website.

I don't think you can enter with a club pass without a car. Read something about that on their Facebook page. That pass is only for a car with max 4 people in it..
