Question 1:4.5 Final drives - anyone fancy one?

Just testing the water here really

We are able to supply some very tasty final drive gear kits (for fitting into your diff) in 1:4.5 which is much shorter than the standard nissan 3.6 or 3.9 200SX ones

Obviously, it's going to limit your top speed a fair bit, but that will be in return for some fairly significant acceleration improvements across the rest of the board and less stress on your gearbox components

Is this something people would be interested in?

yes depending on cost ease of fit etc.
How much would you estimate "a fair bit" to be?

4.5:1 yeah, 1:4.5 would be quite a difference

Jezz, do you know how much the Nissan ones are?

Sounds great if it isn't hugely costly and difficult to fit but i've got a feeling it'll be both of the above?

RRP on them is £550, but as always, we're happy to run a group buy if a few people are interested.
Fitting's not a huge job, if you don't want to do it yourself, I reckon a gearbox place would charge you about £150-£250 to fit it including getting it off the car or cheaper if you just take the diff in. If you do it yourself, you just have to be thorough in your measurements and have a couple of different sized shims handy.
