    in the mean time (while the shell is at the bodyshop) it was time
    to dyno the engine....
    now the engine has not been started since the fire so now came D DAY...

    Nd and Yop bolting it to the dyno while Dave (out of shot) finished off the loom...



    almost ready for starting...(Dave in the background)



    SHE RUNS....glowing nicely

    some bodywork mods...

    we have gone for some perspex rear quarters (dark smoke)



    think they could be darker myself but we'll see when its all sprayed up...

    on closer inspection it look just right....

    now.....we did want a spoiler and I thought this was the answer but
    when we put it on the car it didn't seem right some how..
    a bit like marmite..you love it or hate it (I like marmite :P )






    in the end we decided to go spoilerless...

    ps the spoiler is for sale..

    we have gone for fiberglass (more weight saving) front wings but with a difference.

    went to the bodyshop for a look see (loads to do...PULL your finger out Will)
    anyway the new carbon bonnet needs fixing and as we have diched the hinges
    for aerocatches Will made these

    remember to always do up your nuts......

    check out the drivers side front wheel.....



    as we were towing the shell I looked in the mirror and thought there was somthing wrong with the camber....

    we found out why.........

    Hooray!!! My favorite project on this forum is back!!! Glad to see things are progressing nicely!!! This is the project that inspired me to strip mine down to bare metal and build it from the ground up!

    Is that a B&M short shift I've spied there too? I bought one for the SR22 too.
