The last bit says something about pressing a print button for 3 seconds
No idea about the 1st bit though

Zurück = back. So it has to do with reversing or resetting some setting.
restore old/default settings - hold the reset button for 3 secs

I had a hire car and it had snow tyres on and we went round this bend a bit quick which tightened up and the stability rubbish kicked in then the above came on the dashso i hope i havent broken it
