As I understand, they fit S13 and are in stock? If so, what's the shipping price to Lithuania?

They are yes. Everything is automated in the webshop at www.driftworks.com, so it will quote you the exact shipping before you commit to purchasing. We do a lot of work to make ordering through the webshop just as easy when ordering outside of the UK

Just to put it into perspective, do these work better than a non-bling set of pillowball adjustable tension rods, e.g. Teins?

They are more solid, and lighter, but if you'r asking if you'll be able to tell the difference when on the car, then it is unlikely. We do use better bearings than 99% of other brands including Tiens though. We are also about £60 cheaper than Tein for these Ultimate tie rods, and £90 cheaper if you go for our normal orange ones

Do these need any maintenance on a road car?

Nope. They are teflon lined heavy duty Japanese bearings, with rubber boots to help fend off our lovely weather .
