I am online yeah, I've just (last night) got back.

It's in bits again at the minute, and I've not taken any pics for ages.
I'll take and post some pictures when the paint is finished.

    Not those kinds of bits.
Had an annoying squeak at the front, it seems to be the ARB bushes creaking. But have taken a loads of other bits off and managed to break something so waiting for the post man so I can fix it.
Also had a petrol issue, but that's pretty much been resolved now.

Sort of, had tapped into the wrong wire of the pair on 2 of the sensors.
I am getting loads of noise on another channel though, so need to look at it again.

Gah, most of the piccies are not working for mere mortals.

There's a RR graph in the power sticky thread at the top of the s13 tech section.
    http://sxoc.com/vbb/showpost.php?p=4...&postcount=135

New turbo (GT35R) should make that look a lot healthier WRT to both power and spool up, have both 0.63 and 0.82 housings to play with.

I've just changed the engine mounts and am running SR PFC (Djetro) now also splitfire coils from SR.
The SSAutoshite manifold fell to bits, so now have an Horsepower in box one.
Have ordered a better fuel pump, an 044, which I'm going to mount in tank.

Was running 2.4bar a few weeks ago, but my WG packed up the day before I was going to RR it again, so it's back to running ~2bar at the minute (what it was at the RR the graph is from).

nice bit of power there Jezz

    Wondering......ur afr's are a bit upsy downy
Should they not be fairly flat once ur on full boost?

In my theory they should be, but im no mapper mate

They only move between 11 and 10.5 according to that graph and it sort of correlates to the boost spike (richer) and subsequent trough (leaner) that is evident if you look at the boost curve.

My Lambda reads 1 AFR point higher than that one, so between 12 and 11.5.
But yes you are right it possibly could be flatter, I mapped it the night before so was a bit of a rush. That map is long gone though, things have changed since then, and are about to change again when I fit the new pump and raise the pressure next week.

what other mods did you have to do to wiring/sensors to run the power fc from an sr then?

Nothing really for sensors (other than the djetro stuff and a bit of meddling for the SR coils and PTU), made an adaptor to convert from the CA ecu plug to the SR one.

Here's a thread all about it...

No, mapped it myself. More fun, innit.
Basically Kev I've been trying to map to as close to 12.5:1 as possible with the EGTs being reasonable, and safe knock of course - because of this the AFR may well bounce about a bit through the revs.

SM, yeah I was trying to get to 500 just for the RR day, but not sure it would have done as the compressor is getting inefficient according to the map at around 1.8bar; hence the need for the GT35R. Should see 450 at ~1.4bar with that, but it will still be reasonably happy at 2.4bar so plenty of scope to get to the high 500s or 600.

12.5:1 mate, u know i couldnt pin down in all my reading an "ideal" afr.
Wish id asked u, cos i went cautious with 10.5:1 at the higher revs.

Least now should be able to free up more gee gee's

~12.5 gives best torque (LBT Lean Best torque), but you'll struggle to maintain it at higher boost as EGTs will be rising.

Have a read of Cliff's post here...

    And this...

Fuelling doesn't really make a huge difference to power - that graph shows it well. You only lose ~2% by going from 0.86 to 0.75 (12.6:1 to 11:1)
