What electrical item wasn't gash when they came out in 1984?

A digital radio/casette player was a revolution back in the early 80's

I've got a Datsun Supposed to be a very gash car

I like retro stuff though. I have a nice old black and white game console and an original twin screen donkey kong, which are pretty crap by todays standard in reality, but for some reason are still the tits.

In the pic its upside down.
I thought it was pretty cool actually so I kept it in the car till I sold it then removed it...

I'd do it for less, but for postage! If any use to anyone, rather than throw it away.. price up postage add some beer money and its yours.
