Well i have everything [ i think ] so just need the chip so i know what to save up for
Taken me a while but mine is set up as follows:
Set - 71%
Gain - 10/%
Start boost (shown as 'Set Gain') 123
Warning - 174
L - 11%
These figures are for the GReddy Profec B II measuring boost in psi. The Greddy measure in kPa by default.
Figures obviously relate to my car and others may be different, so probably best to start with more conservative settings and keep checking for det as the numbers are increased.

Out of interest, how quick could you get ECU back to me if i was to send it ?
I presume you send it nxt day Special Delivery in uk ?

Ok received my ECU back after getting stage 1a fitted, previously ran no chip at 15 psi boost.
My profec settings are below
Set - 57%
Gain - 10%
Set Gain - 125
Warn - 174
Limit - 11%
It hits a peak of 17 psi and tails off as rpm increases. Its hard to look at the profec and drive at the same time and my girlfriend is too chicken to do it for me. So im not sure how the boost pressure differentiates (sp?) as rpm increases.
Ill have another tweak tommorow when i can get a friend to watch the profec for me.

I am going to get a stage 1a as soon as my daily drive is MOT'ed. I have no plans to ever go past stage 1a......probably.
Is it worth me getting a nice shiney manifold? At the sub 300 bhp mark is it going enough diference to make it worth the outlay?
Did i just read that the £50 upgrade was only for January???????
I posted waaaay back in this topic showing interest, and have been waiting to get some money coming in. Is it not possible to get an upgrade from stage 1 to 1a for £50 anymore Jez?
If so, is it a swap of board, or literally just a silicon chip?
