Nothing wrong with that Daz. TD-06 is an old design but if it works, why change it. Besides, you can keep your eyes on Lee's results with the upgraded wheels and shaft to see if that might give you some life later on.

Not sure why it would be such a bad thing to copy the Full Race manifold? they're hardly a brand and so what? We could do with a decent manifold supplier this side of the pond. If someone copied one and started selling them nobody would be any the wiser and would be pretty chuffed I would've thought? Full Race would probably be flattered rather than livid.

I agree with this, what would be wrong with using it to make a jig up, and then getting someone that's good with a TIG welder to make it up?

If it's anything like Wardy's last manifold, it should be pretty damn good!

Just so Warby doesn't get in trouble. I did contact him directly about making a manifold so he hasn't been trying to sell his services.

Group buy would be awesome for other manifolds but not many td06 ones will be wanted I don't think.

No problem Mark, i work a mon - fri job so a GB would be a bit of a strain on family life but the odd ones here and there Arnt a problem. Id love to give it ago as a full time job but having 3 young mouths to feed makes it too much of a risk.

The clips for the sideskirts were from ebay. They are motorbike fairing clips. The trim tape I think I got from halfords but can't remember now.

While you're getting a new manifold fabricated have you considered getting a newer T3 turbine housing for your TD06?

    http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Turbocharg...item1c37a02357

That way you end up with a much more versatile manifold if you ever fancy changing turbos at a later date...

    Even Greddy use these now:

You know what, I hadn't really considered that. I was looking for a Vband fitment turbine housing but never thought of a T3 fitment.
