Its a 2.7ohm resistor, I just went into Maplins and asked for that size resistor and he tested it in front of me. Cost me 17p

Then do this to reset the airbag http://www.sxoc.com/vbb/showpost.php...2&postcount=34

    Another update....

First off made a little video

Next up was the trip to the MOT station and I'm afraid to say the car failed , both the rear number plate lights had packed up and worse than that, a certain bolt has gone missing from the rear shock , bloody lucky it didn't pop off while I've been driving it.

So I then headed to Nissan and ordered the bolt aswell as a new oil filter and 2 rear number plate bulbs.

Once I got home I took the rear bumper off to get these lights changed.

I then removed the lights from the back of the bumper

The screws that hold the lights in are crap, I've never seen a screw head round off so quickly lol. so out came the dremel to cut them off and I was left with this.

Good news for the day was that there's no rust on the rear panel, happy days

Bumper back on and all working again

Whilst I had the bumper off I also took the boot lock out and and stripped it down and cleaned it all up, although I completely forgot to take any picture of it . But its all working now which is brilliant as its not worked the entire time I've had the car lol.

    Cheers nash

see this thread for the camera's

This morning I headed to Nissan to collect the replacement bolt for the shock

then fitted it and got the MOT passed, yahoo.

One thing I did find cool was that the MOT certificate states the car was too low to get on the brake rollers, gotta be happy with the lowness

might even go a bit lower

I also picked up a nice reclining bucket seat aswell which will be fitted as soon as I can source a seat rail for it.

Next up will hopefully be a new gear knob.

I had an SSQV on mine when I bought it and loved it but the pidgeon is so much nicer, although strangely enough I crave a dump valve again but would probably rip it off after a few days lol.

Any idea how much the bride basemounts are? I'm 6ft 1 so want to have the seat nice and low, especially for when I do some trackdays with a lid on.

Is it only really the Bride ones that are worth getting? can't be bothered with a 6 week wait.

It is a bit depressing that the seat rail is costing me more than the seat lol. Plus i'll want to get a harness soon aswell haha.

ah nice one with the seats, I sat in a Ksport seat and struggled to get out, couldn't have it for the daily car, so the seat I've got will do nicely.

There are a few Damson's getting done recently.

I need to do something drastic to make mine stand out some more......mmmmm 1JZ should do it lol.

That's because Damson is the best colour and they need lowered with ROTA's with sticky out wheels. It makes them faster.

I am waiting on my Bride Basemount from Japan - been in customs. Hate the feeling of having a bucket seat and no way of mounting it.
