Got mine very quickly too. Fitted it on Saturday. Took longer because i had to pop down to Halfords and buy a 12mm rachet spanner. Easy once i had that. Love the feel of the short shifters

mine feels amazing thanks japspeed, but it does have a rattle over 6k so i removed the weight which helped a tad...still a small rattle...i also used the standard shift bush which you recommended.

It's the small nylon bush that is on the bottom ball of the standard shifter.

japdrifter was your gasket ok? what about your know is it secure?

oh my knobs secure alright....

afaik the gasket was ok...i did notice however there small play in the new shaft...i can actually twist it about 5mm clockwise and anticlockwise...is that normal?
