    Lightbar fitted

Outer 2 lights are fitted with the standard 55w bulbs whilst the inner two have 100w jobbies They are fog lights so light up the surrounding area close to the car well Next up are a pair of driving lights for the front bumper to handle the distance

how many 4x4's do we have on sxoc? Day greenlaning on the cards? I've done most of the ones round here so would like an excuse to venture farther afield!

Once I've managed to separate the rear discs from the hubs...

Looks in good nick, might be worth removing the bottom of the front bumper before it gets removed for you offroad

its already only just hanging on for dear life

Think it will look a bit silly with the full length side caps though. I guess i could take a dremel to them

Thats because they make a bloody mess. Most farmers try not to damage the land when it is too wet to get on without making a mess, yet green laners seem find it amusing to make a big a mes as possible

Not really All the lanes that we used to use were in good condition and were fit for no other purpose. I know quite a few people who used the lanes and the only ones who made a mess were kids on motorbikes who shouldn't of been there in the first place (no licence, helmet etc)

i'm fairly new on there too, i know what you mean about having to wait hours to see any posts!

i think basildon is a bit too much of a drive just for a bit of green laning! i hear there is a good pay and play site somewhere near essex though?

Got myself some lifting straps (2m, 5M and 10M) as its going to start to get muddier

Spotted a bullbar on ebay that was very local to me (they always seem to be fooking Yorkshire way ) so emailled him and offered £50 for it. He turned me down saying it wasnt worth £50 so he let the aution run and I got it for £32 Picked it up yesterday and it needs a repaint but otherwise sound

Also bagged from the same bloke a ratchet type chain winch which is handy if you get stuck whist out on your own. All for £1

Took the front valance off as it was flapping about and cut the corner bumpers down to match

Will stick some more pics up once the bullbar is on

Well trial fitted the bull bar and the end was resting against the snorkel where it went through the wing. Even a slight impact to the bullbar will probably mean the snorkel would be shattered

So I ripped it all off

    Few rusty bits

Will be re running the snorkel inside the wing tomorrow and then fitting the bullbar

If your going to get serious you could do with a winch
