Don't think I'll be able to make this one. I sometimes go for a run on the motorbike with a few guys from work and we've a run planned for Thursday. If it falls thruough I'll come along though. You got another car sorted then Si?

No its okay, I don't really know what I'm working till the day before anyway, it all depends on what I'm doing.
But if I know I have plans to be somewhere I can work the hours I want to suit my plans, given a little notice.
