has anyone ever considered an afternoon out at the grasshopper inn, westerham?
there is a massive carpark, it's a nice drive out and they do a wicked carvery on a sunday afternoon.....
Karting is definately high on my list!
Personally I wouldn't even consider Brentwood or Rayleigh for karting, neither have the pro karts, the rayleigh track is small as hell and brentwood is the most dull track I can think of
Lakeside is a good track plus they've got the pro karts, however the karts aren't built for the bigger amongst us. The last two times i've been i've come home with grazed hips on both sides because the seats are so tight and hard when you go around the corner, I actually took a car-washing sponge with me before!!!!!
I've never been but some people I know have been to Buckmoore and they said it was the b0ll0cks, I would seriously be considering this one

With regards to Paintball as well. I'm well up for this and i've been to quite a few now and the ONLY one I would consider going to again is 'Mayhem' paintball just off of the M11 in stapleford abbotts.

Maybe not the most central location but it is leaguesssssss above any other paintball place i've been to and ive been to quite a few now.
Theres about 10+ different "maps" and each has a different objectives, facilities are good, equipment provided is good, and the main thing, they don't rape you up the arse for paintballs like some places do.
The guy at the end of my road has archery in his field during the summer
Although i am not sure if i could resist archery-ing someone for shits and giggles

I'd be up for karting but not at 70-100 quid a go. 'kin ell They're gonna be out of business soon enough aren't they ?
I've driven at both Bayford and Buckmore. Buckmore is a bit more interesting as it is split level and is basically one big powerslide in a 2-stroke kart but Bayford is probs a bit cheaper Id' have thought.
How much is it if you bring your own kart ? Just wondering if its worth buying a 3-4 karts sharing them for a season then flogging them at the end.
