It doesn't unlock them Daz. You earn them, but only premium players get them I think. You can download quick pass stuff to get the guns if you want, but anyone can do that.

Paul, go into quick match and see if you can play a game mode called "Gun Master" if you can, you have all the stuff LOL

Yeah that game mode only happens in the Close Quarters maps. Its good fun. I might turn the server onto that for a wee bit tonight for shits and giggles.

And touching on unlocking weapons, has anyone managed a kill with an EOD bot yet to unlock the Mtar-21? I've tried and failed many times now

Yeah man! Well, I've been done in by a few "Err whats hitting me?! Shit shit shit EOD BOT?!?!" lmao but I can not at all get close to any fooker with it... Can barely control the thing, All I end up seeing when using it a constantly varying shot of the sky or a wall or anything it just won't stay in a bloody controllable state...

It's now one of the achievments you'll have to do. Well, that's assuming you'll unlock the same acheivements as when Close Quarters came out. I'd imagine they're now there

Yep done them all! You can take out tanks with the bot or a friend!

Haha yeah, should just be on opposite team to a mate or something, but meh, seems like cheating.

I've roadkilled quite a few peeps with the MAV but never manage it with the EOD bot.

Does anyone know what the 1.44gb update was? I was hpoing for the new tank map pack as Im premium and will get it 2 weeks early however I sat and waited for it to download for fooking ages and the game is exactly the same???

Yeah man, it was the map pack, it just allows you to access it on the day of release IIRC, think the same happened with Close Quarters...

kingj, are you on Xbox...it goes live for you on Tuesday. The download is all the maps and addition tweeks to the game. It just means when it goes live, you have it instantly...

I'm up for a game tonight. I've now used the server numerous times, good practice in choppers when it's empty

I went online last night but only at about half 10 just to cock about on the gun match game thingy.

I havent had a session online properly this year so gonna put some hours in later, my mates joining too. You will recognise when he plays, he has severe short man syndrome and goes about shouting "HURT HIM, HURT HIM!!!"

How do I add the SXOC server as a favourite? Do I do it mid game or something

Yeah Paul... press start, go to server settings, then I think you press X to add it as a favourite.
