Yea and getting on and off the drive. Plus will make jacking the car up 10x easier!

    200SX S14a Project

Stripped the rear interior out to treat the back of all the welding work

Whilst the interiors out it made sense to run some lines and wiring for the air cup setup. Which led to me realising the awful condition of the boot lining. So I set about retrimming it.

The quality of it is similar to a mid nineties TVR interior but I’m really happy with the end result it’s 100x better than the tatty faded grey of before. Also got the compressor and tank mounted neatly out the way too

    On to the next phase!

Removed a few parts that are going off for paint...

Got the bumper off too as it’s a bit tatty now.

Then got the front jacked up and stripped all the bodywork off ready to dig into the front chassis.

What are the extensions from the slam panel? Crap guards due to wider fenders?

Yea just some bits of rubber I made to stop dirt and water getting to the lights. As I don’t have front arch liners.

Car is super stripped down now. Ended up taking more out than intended but that’s always the way

    Radiator has seen better days

Tried in a Koyo rad but it’s S13 fitment and doesn’t line up on many mount points at all

    Turbo out for manifold repairs

And all the passenger inner flitch cleared including temporary removal of all the AC system as it needs welding activities there.

Can anyone tell me what this module is?

It’s located on the inner wing behind the drivers headlight

However it’s attendance is ensured for many years going forwards so it’s worth it! I might display it upside down

    Nice car

Have you had to get the sills done too? Did you do the welding/metal work yourself?
