I'm quite partial to a Badger Sett from Sainsburys every now and again. It's good stuff.

Best names to be seen at Earls Court were side by side

Leatherbritches "Hairy Helmet" next to Nethergate's "Old Growler"

Travelled home on the train with the owner of Cragg Vale brewery who had been at Earls court -

He was supping his own stuff from the train buffet car.

Best Beer in the world Timothy Taylors Landlord - draft only - nectar of the gods and readily available in these parts being so close to Keighley.
Had another nice one recently - Golden Pippin from the Copper Dragon in Skipton

edit - reading back seems there are few Landlord fans.

    Black sheep as well.

    - Old peculiar is too heavy going for me.

Hows about a SXOC trip to the next GBBF at Olympia next year?

It's moving as Earls Court is being turned into housing

Next festival for me is Chapel at Colne Valley Railway Museum

Think it's a different brewery, but Mauldons brewery is just up the road from me. They do some nice ales, favourite would be Silver Adder, their stout is nice as well, Black Adder.

Other than that I try alsorts and go through phases, for a summery light drink I will go with a Badger, something like Golden Champion, Golden Glory, Long Days or England's Gold. Also like Tanglefoot & Fursty Ferret.

Also really like Wells Bombardier Burning Gold. Quite like Pedigree as well.

Have heard great things about Dumbar, but never been anywhere that serves it
