I don't know at the moment to be honest, I'm waiting for the final copy of the Lease to come back, and should have some Keys after that.

Could be a week or so ?

Thanks dude, I appreciate the offer.

This is the place I've budgeted for, which is why I've made sacrifices with commuting, etc.

I've got a bit of a customer base, and also an amount of work lined up for some time, Unfortunately I've not had anywhere to do it.

I had the choice of getting a Unit here, and get something moving, Or emigrating to America.
I decided to give it a go here for a while !

    Thanks dude, Appreciate it.

You should have sent her a postcard, lol !

    Shame you missed out.

I haven't written it off completely, Just going to do some things here for a while.

As soon as the Floor is Painted, I'll be sorting out the 2 Post Ramp.

    That's something I've wanted for a long time !

Looks like a nice place dude, lets hope you can keep dirty fingerprints off all the white stuff.

Out of curiosity do you know of a paint stripper easily aquired that would be safe to remove paint from a standard 200 plastic bumper. I have something here I need to paint but I've never seen anything so bad and there are at least 7 different layes of paint all broken and cracked, will take me a week to sand it smooth.

    Thanks Dunkz

    Yeah I'll do my best.

I have a feeling the stuff I've been using will be fine.

It will definitely strip all the material off, and I can't see it causing any issues on the Plastic ?

I'll dig out an old bumper tomorrow, and try some out on it for you.

I'll let you know what happens.

I can imagine, I've only ever used Jacks and Stands unfortunately.

I'm looking forward to having some decent kit !

I tried the Paint Stripper out on a couple of Nissan Bumpers, gave it a good heavy covering, and left it on there longer than necessary.

Took it down to factory Plastic with no problems, and Appeared to cause No issues with the Plastic itself.

    PM sent !

As previously mentioned, I was aiming for a Blue and White theme.

A lot of people probably won't dig it, But this is the Blue.

Removed the rust from the parts of the paper machine that are going blue.

    Then got them in Primer.

And readied any other parts that were going blue.

    And finally shot some color.

Including the Handle and Base of the Press.

Have to say that is an awesome work space!
I think the blue is cool,as you say gives you an incentive to keep the place clean!
I am looking for a place like this at the moment to start up with a friend.
Where do you find out all the business rates etc? Is it through the local council?
Do you have to apply for permission to use it for certain types of business?
Looks like you found a really nice place! Defo worth the travel good luck with your venture mate
