Sorry but your welding hat is now mine as it's moulded to the shape of my head from doing so much metal sticking in the past fortnight or so.

You are more than welcome to stick your Rover 75 up your arse though. Customer service at its finest

Most people (like me) just hit "New Posts" on here and not trawl through each forum and sub forum. i (and they) also probably dont look at whi forum/sub forum this post was in, but seeing a thread title "can i have my welding hat back" could hole so many hidden treasures.

what could it be, a Video of a bloke whos welding hat has been stolen my a Chimp, who is procceding to piss in it?

a link to another forum, where a guy was welding his [insert car] when he accidently put his hat on top of the engine, and by weirdness it got sucked into the engine. he then procced to try and get it out by putting the car in reverse, hoping it would pop out, but alas, it didnt and now his engine wont run.

show he try a thinner oil?

see thats 2 possibilities right there.

but alas this thread is not about either of those

Sorry mate, but nowhere near as interesting. We did a load of welding and my mask is pretty shite and leaves me with arc eye, so Gaz came over to help out and lent me his 3 angle grinders (he's too lazy to change discs) and welding mask.

Reminds me, I'm off to find another on eBay cos the tight bastard wants his back. He'd better bring brew kit when he comes to collect or he can fcuk straight off.

I beg to differ. Since you last visited I made a gearbox mount for my SR20 Impreza. Making the most of the welding hat before it goes

    good work.

glad we could help people waste away the day. 3 angle grinders is one for each hand! or one to grind one to linish and one to cut. but seeing as i bust the lock off one it now a wire wheel special.

Yes I saw this thread and it could of been so interesting!... Although the rear mount does look well.

Hello stranger I have an Impreza because I swapped it for an S13 that a mate wanted when he snapped the timing belt on this. It is too tidy to scrap and not worth fitting another engine to. I've got loads of SR bits so thought I'd put one in. Yes, I really am as stupid as I look.

To be honest, I'm converted and need to find myself another one. One for cutting and one to linish/grind. I'm not ready for 3 yet.
