Did you ever drive one? They were truly terrible. I launched one off of a roundabout in Southend once and scrabbled it up so badly I moved across 2 lanes whilst the dashboard shuddered around against the bulkhead Had to wind the steering off otherwise the back end was coming around faster than the front washed out.

My XR2 would have shown it a clean pair of heels on anything other than a motorway.

Saying an 80s FWD hot hatch was scrabbly is like complaining that RWD turbos can fishtail in the wet.

    Haters gonna hate lol

Yeah but the ashtray was particularly bad wasnt it.
Years later Alfa decided to take up the ultrascrabbler crown from the GTE..

I actually like older Vauxhalls/Opels, 2 of my first cars were Cavaliers and i loved GSi3000 Carltons. Astray GTEs though were shite The fact someone would want to swap one for a boggo Escort goes to prove that

Annoying lack of details, seems to be mk1 Mr2 4age in the back,i like the arches and side skirts not so the 90's cossie rep ironing board
not shed status imo, some questionable styling,,,like why is the wiper motor in the roof? side vents make sense if you know the hot bits in the back
it has 5 stud hubs, mk2 Mr2 running gear? or convert spacers for the Carlos Fandango 'Be the King of the road' wheels,
engines fetch a few quid alone with AE86 tax

Toyota interior as well, it's a MR2 with the Fiesta body plonked on top???

Given the hideous exterior I can only imagine the quality of engineering thats been employed to make this utter heap.

correct I missed the engine size marked as just 2 , (this dude is not giving much away with the details is he)
it has the far less valuable mk2 NA 2.0
could be a unique and semi-cool thing (with questionable styling) or it drives like cr@p and tries to kill you ?

that is as appealing as a rusty bucket full of cold cat vomit, based on a car that was just terrible in every way possible
engine turned round the wrong way and connected to the wrong end of the car,,,but that's just minor technical details no one will notice
