Has been a while since I did a update as I've just thrown the car together to get it ready for japfest and the summer So I ditched the proper paint job for flat black and have left finishing the bodywork until wintertime. It cutting corners but better like this than rushing the bodywork and paint

Thanks, you have seen me as I've seen you going around in a slammed s14. I must say yours looks really good for a standard looking silvia, never been a fan of 14s hence i did a s15 conversion but yours I like

never posted up picks of the car after i fitted a BGW, so here they are.

I had the car on the road for a few months over the summer but its gearbox broke and after driving around without 5th and reverse for a while i took it off the road to do few jobs and i want to spray it.
im thinking to go a dark metallic orange or metallic purple.

A Photoshop pic to give a idea

Thank you. I think I will go the orange as I can't find any nice purples that don't cost a fortune, also it stands out better with orange

The rad needed to be modified as the outlets where in the wrong place and for a low power SR it was overkill lol. I've still got it and will use it when I do the engine swap I'm planning

Being as the weather is getting warmer it time i spray the car. Its been sitting in the shed for months so had gathered quite a bit of dust and spiderwebs. So me and my mate made a start.

welded and filled old spoiler holes

being as i sprayed the car satin black it was easy to rub down however it still going to be hard work

Got the car out after a couple of days drying and unwrapped it

The roof isn't getting painted as i think gloss black will be to much

After painting the rest of the car i put it back together and this is the finished look
