Do you get a online booking ref or do you have to go get your tickets or just sent to you ?

You just normally print out the confirmation and show it to mr man on the train. Not sure what happens when you have to swipe a normal train ticket to get into the station though like in Leeds...
used it a few times, if you paying with your Credit or debit card when booking, all ya need is that and your confirmation, when you get to the station, at the ticket machine, select pre booked option, usually then ya just need to stick yer card in, and maybe type in the confirmation number and you'll get tickets and receipt
Yeah as said above you print your tickets out at the station. You can have them posted to you instead but that costs extra.

The ticket machines in stations are usually a bit shit so best to give yourself an extra 10 mins just in case
I dont think frome has a ticket thing
Just has a lady in a cage
yup looks like it http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/stations/fro.html
might as well get em posted to ya, or get there early enough to get them from the lady in the cage doh
It was free to have the tickets posted to me, as long as you don't want guaranteed next day.
If you ever go to get tickets, don't forget the reference code as well as your debit card.
depends - you get the option to print it off, pick up ticket from a machine at a named station or posted (snail or next day(at extra cost)).
However take a look at the train company website as well it can be cheaper to book direct.
