    Hey buddy

It's still miles away from where I want it, But it's at least functional at the moment.

That's not a problem dude, I'm going to fit you in whenever it's convenient for you, Just let me know.

Made a start on fitting up the Over-fenders.

    Trimmed to an even size.

    Test fitted.

Alignment done and Temporary Fixings in.

    And a little more trimming.

The next step is going to be tackling the Offside panel damage before the Over-fenders can progress.

    Thanks buddy.

Glad yours is as good as ready.

I'm cracking on with this with the sole intention of making space for yours.

That and making an Awesome Sil80 of course.

Made a little progress with my Nascar spoiler.

Then made a start straightening the Rear Quarter panel.

Didn't want to go too mad as it will be covered, just straight enough to mount the Over-fender.

    A few last adjustments.

Then got the Offside panel fitted.

will, i'm using an R33 front crossmember + CA/SR box + RB20 bell housing and needed to shorten the prop by 45mm, so I'm not sure you'll get away without doing the prop. it looks like you're mounting it closer to the firewall than I did too.

I've never had an RB20 gearbox rear half to compare to the CA/SR boxes though.
    white '94 s13 200sx scrapped - mapped to 1.45bar. OS giken box, garrett GT2876R, 950cc injectors, ORC twin plate, nistune. 349bhp/325lbft @ 1.3bar CA18DET
white '96 s13 180sx - type g with more kouki bits - RB25DET, GTR steel twin turbo conversion, RB26 crank & rods. 2.6L VVT twin turbo, SR20 OSG box, OSG STR twin plate clutch, Z32 ECU w/ nistune.

current status: 180 a bit broken but to be repaired.

    Thanks for the info Alan.

    I'm using an S13 Cross-member + RB20 Box + Modified Motor and Box mounts.

It all seems to line up properly, Gearbox and Prop are fully engaged and the Gear selector sits quite central in it's hole.

I think the RB20 Box is a fair bit shorter than the RB25 Box, Unfortunately I didn't measure against the CA/SR Box when I had it.

    Had a Bumper Delivery !

Unfortunately it's a Poor quality Fake Rocket Bunny.

I hate genuine Fail Bunny stuff, And thought this looks awful, So on the lookout for an Origin Rear now.

At least the Origin Side-skirts look good fitted up.

    Progressed the Spoiler slightly.

Also made a start on the Wiring Loom.

Had a dry fit up of where it will need to run.

    Thanks dude.

Those fasteners are 'Aviation Skin Pins' They were used primarily in the World War to temporarily fix the Aluminium Sheet to the Aircraft Fuselage before being Riveted.

They are basically a sprung loaded fixing that you insert through a pre-drilled 1/8th Inch hole.

Everywhere you see one on the Over-fenders, will have a Rivet in it's place when they're permanently fixed on.

    Yeah man, pretty much.

Cleco is an American manufacturer, But they all do the same job... I think most of my stuff is made by Cleco.

    Thanks dude.

I've just never been a fan of the Rocket Bunny or Instant Gentlemen stuff.

    Thanks bud.

It's just typical of the UK scene, Cheap Crap Fakes made by people looking to turn a quick buck that couldn't give a toss about the car culture.

I'm looking forward to getting my own parts out there.

The Loom was a bit of a mess.

Looks like someone had started to try a conversion, but only had a crack at odd bits, and some was quite messy.

Decided to strip it all back and begin converting from SR to RB, I'll also remove anything I don't want to thin it out.

Where someone had already cut the slam panel for access, I started to tidy it up, and strengthen it up with some mounting points.

Hammered out a couple of Brackets.

    Temporarily mounted them up.

Welded some Nuts to the bottom to make a captive fixing.

Welded the Brackets onto the chassis side.

And test fitted the now Bolt-on Panel.
