Ah yeah, now I remember. Seriously clean looking car there. Like I said to Nick on the previous page, I'm happy to put you down for a slot on the stand, but members will get priority. However if the 5 member slots do fill up I'm hoping to be able to get more (although these won't include free entry).

Guys, I've changed the format of the list on the firswt page regarding the club stand. I've split it into Club stand members/guests.
This is simply to make it easier to keep track of what's what on my side, and what I've said still stands in that if the members section does not fill, then the free slots will be given to people on the guest's list (in order)

Neelie, nobody would even notice the scratch unless it was pointed out to them! Have a think about it as we could do with having as many cars as possible.
Got an update from the organisers today so I'll be posting an update this evening when I get home

Hey Guys, Official Update time!
I have arranged with the organisers of Japfest that there will be NO additional charge for displaying your car on the SXOC stand, and there is no upper limit to how many cars we can have.
All that you will pay is your standard €20.00 for your ticket (minus €5.00 subsidy for members).
If we have at least 10 cars on the stand, we will be given 5 FREE spaces which means 5 members will have FREE access to Japfest.
So if you’ve got an S-Body, and you’re planning on going anyway, then you might as well put it on the stand as it’s not going to cost you anything extra.
Member’s & Guest’s cars are very welcome!
That gives you 5 weeks from today to tidy up those few little bits that need doing and get your car on the stand! If anyone is stuck for a hand or a dig out getting ready, remember, you’re part of a club, don’t be afraid to ask for help. I’m more than happy to lend a hand if I have time, and I know a lot of other members are too.
Unfortunately there will be NO public track sessions at this year’s event, however if you are interested in the Barrel Sprint, this will be €50.00 per car, or €30.00 if your car is on the SXOC stand.
2012 has been pretty quiet on the car scene in Ireland, and Japfest is always a good day out. So come on lads, get those names down, get on the SXOC stand! There’ll be a few suprises in store on the day too.

gawd, where's my to-do list btw lol. off to the unit for some touch up work!
can i also remind ppl to bring proper cleaning products with them! i've been to
shows were cars were filthy from drives up and id hate to see dirty wings and
quarter panels on the sxoc stand lol. id be very happy to help anyone that needs
a hand polishing up their cars!

That's a good point Eileen. I'll have a basic cleaning kit with me on the day if anyone is stuck
Your going to hate to see mine its not a show car its a car that gets used......in saying that you are more than welcome to give mine a quick lick but as there is no tracktime i am unsure if i will bring the car up
