megane vibration through car

hello everyone

mt megane 1.5 dci has vibration throughout the car
you can feel it in the peddles and you can even see the passenger seat vibrating when driving

this happens even at lowish speeds say 40mph you can see and feel the vibration.

what are the possible causes of this

seems a bit extreme for wheel balencing as you normally cant feel it at such low speeds and it wouldnt usually vibrate the whole car

engine mount? geartbox mount? or would bent rim cuase this??

i just had the tacking done as it was pulling left vibe was there before this also i have cleaned the egr valave and checked glow plugs and they are all fine

any ideas

Does a DMF vibrate if the engine is revved while the car is out of gear?

it almost like a faint buzz in the peddle almost like its ticlking you, you cant feel the main big vibration through them it more a bigger vibrarion through thr car

also it chnages it can get better or worst its not constant

i had a drive shaft pop out on my on one of these things and the vibration was actually scary. it was the 1.5 d engine too

The buzz in the peddles is there when stationary and reving to about 3k.
