'99 Honda Accord 2.0 VTEC SE - has anyone owned one?

I've been offered one of these for a steal - any pitfalls to look out for? PS pump is noisy but it seems ok otherwise.

Run it up to temp and get the inside of it really hot. Then turn it off and back on again. The main relay can get hot causing it to fail. The other main pitfall is the ignition switch, it can fail casing it to cut out/not start - both are cheap easy fixes. Also listen out for wheel bearing noise, there expensive. Other than that there bullet proof.

Corrosion to fuel and brake pipe lines plus the above aswell, brake lines are very common to mot fail corrosion to the front to rear brake pipes

Quality motors - I work on them all day long and am also breaking one lol

Oxygen sensor, EGR valve / plate, rear calipers and front suspenion is the worst you should see tbh

Nothing needed it seems, he's changed the PS pump and a hose and replaced a cracked rear lens. Just waiting on a cambelt kit and it's good to go.
It drives perfectly, a bit understeer-y in the wet but I think tyres are the biggest issue there. It's made me realise how knackered my Golf is!
    Thanks all for the advice.
