Le Mans 2013 - book here.

After some gentle procrastination over whether to do LM24 or Nur24 in 2013, we have a winner - gentlemen, we will be returning to the land of cheese, garlic and non commital shrugs accompanied by the word "Bof" ............. were back at LM 2013

    Pertinent infos

The race this year will be 22 June, so as usual we will head down a few days before to get settled - unfortunately there isnt a Karting Nord site this year so we will almost certainly be staying at Houx Annexe - its just up the road and equally noisy, also has numbered pitches so we should get what we pay for. See here:

Prices are up again this year, with General entrance £75 per person and camping pitches £95 per car, so based on two sharing a car your are looking at £122.50 each - budget another EUR 100 for food and beer, £40 odd for a ferry crossing and a bit for fuel there and back and you are there.

We will have all of the SXOC support equipment and the van (now including European TV!) so all you have to bring is yourself and something to sleep in, Ill be looking for a volunteer to drive the van down at no cost to them as well (you will just have to pay for an entrance ticket) so if you are feeling a bit skint this might be the answer

As per previous years its boys only, the rule is that if you bring your missus the reat of the team has to be allowed a go on her. We currently have 10 pitches on holdf until 20/12, so ideally Ill be looking for payment this side of Christmas but depending on how many of us there and the availability I might be able to take in January, we shall see.

So thats the score, it will probably the last SXOC LM trip for a while (I just spoke to the guy about Nurburgring for 2014, it sounds epic) and is definitely one of the highlights of my year, get involved.

I'm in, you sure you got the price right for two sharing a car? wouldn't it be two entrance tickets @ £75 each plus £95 for the pitch meaning £122.50 each
