Probably looking at finishing this off tomorrow, havent had chance to get on it for a good few days now. Almost don't want to finish it as it'll be over then

Haha, sums up how I felt! Still want to play it but don't want to restart. Without restarting its essentially become Jason Brody's island paradise hunting adventure 3.
So it shall remain parked until some decent DLC arrives
I've just arrived on the South Island. Bit drab isn't it! Not that I can point out anything specific that makes a difference really, it's just like they've used a slightly different colour palette.
I miss the Pirates' random accents and red outfits!

Once you get further in it brightens up a bit from memory
Edit to add that the privateers aren't as fun as the pirates and Hoyt is shit after Vaas.
Bugger still not 100%. I'm short one weapon plus most of the Rakyat trials.
You'll unlock the weapon from doing the Rakyat trials iirc
You don't even need to do them properly, just start, let yourself get killed and it ticks it off as done.
Some of them are quite fun mind

Borrowed this from my girlfriend this weekend having just reached 100% completion on Assassin's Creed 3. This is an equally fantastic game, I can immediately see how people are hooked on it
Yeah it's really good. Give it 6 months or so and no doubt I'll be playing it again

Well, I'm thoroughly bored.
I ran through the campaign at a steady rate, did some side missions and took out some outposts and it was probably up there with the most fun and rewarding games I've ever played. But now I've completed the campaign and taken out the outposts, completed the 'Wanted: Dead' and 'Path of the Hunter' quests and.........
.......there's no one left to engage?
As in literally no one. Occasionally if I stumble through 'The Compound' or the airstrip from the game's end I can find 2 or 3 enemies lurking and respawning, but the rest of the island is completely clear.
There's just no way I have the motivation to go exploring for lost letters and relics when there are no real challenges other than wandering around from point to point without any fear of retribution.
That's a massive oversight in my opinion, in Assassin's Creed 3 you still have enemies to deal with post single player campaign and it stays half interesting. Bad move on this one I think.
Apparently there's a patch or DLC coming that allows you to reset the camps. Not sure if that's for everything or just the PC version though.
I seem to remember in FC2, all the roadside camps were respawned...
They did and everyone complained about it... Can't win sometimes!
To be fair the road side ones were a total pain in the arse Respawning the camps in FC3 wouldn't be as bad I don't think
I would love for them to repopulate the outposts, or even have to fight for control again. I used full Stealth on most of them for the XP but now, being max level as we are, would just go in Commando style!
I.e. the film. Not going in without wearing pants.
That patch is out now I believe, for all consoles and the PC
Far cry 3 Blood dragon now downloading
That looks brilliant from the vids I've seen, so many nods and references to 80's action cheese it could cause an 80'sgasm!
