First Meet of the Year 03/02/2012

I thought we could start this year off with a nice meet up at the Caldecotte arms on the 3rd of February. Its a sunday and lets hope its not snowing. Saying that if it is we can go into the park an dhave a snowman competition

Pretty much the same for me, MK is good 50 minute drive. I'll try and make it but ill be in the slk, I'm stripping the car down and redoing the front subframe and I'm finally going to be fitting the rear brakes.

Ah well is there somewhere better, there was talk of doing one closer to Luton but that would be even worse for steve

We can try and move them about a bit if you all like as there must be more interesting venues. Would Newport Pagnell work better? I guess then parking is more of a pain but there is a big car park in the centre? Thats easier to get too from the M1, closer to Chris and id guess Steve.

Yep me too, still not to sure what happened but I ended up backwards in a ditch. I was going in a straight line doing 30ish in 3rd, the guy following me had no idea what happened either? Worst of the damage was this so not too bad really.

Hope all your cars are OK. Perhaps next time we can move our meet to Northampton, then back to MK, then maybe to Luton, then back to MK. To save people's travelling.

You can get to the Sixfields retail estate and the Football Ground quite easily from junctions 15 and 16 on the M1. That's got a few restaurants, a McD's / KFC and a couple of pubs. Lots of parking, many 'cleanedUK' meets there as well.
