    For grip:

    Front

    -2.5 camber
    0 toe
    8 caster

    Rear

    -2 deg camber
    0 toe

this seem quite good as i need a full on attack set up for sprints

Out of interest, are the figures posted above^^^ Total camber, or per side?

Per side. Only toe is ever quoted as "total".
