Where is my stuff?

Dear Mr Japspeed,

I won a 50£ voucher with the SXOC Xmas Prize Draw 2012 and I used this to order a kit Nissan Anti Rollbar Front Link Bushes from your company.
So far all correspondence went via PM.
I payed 15£ for shipping on 14/01/2013.
Meanwhile we are almost two months later and I did not receive the parts.
Can you clearly inform me about the actual status of this order?

We have tried to track your items and spoken to the courier and they are not able to locate your parts??

Unfortunately this has been beyond our control!

Please send me a PM confirming your full shipping address in order for us to confirm that these are being shipped to the correct address.

Yes Paul I could pick up the package yesterday evening at the post office.
It has a date on the label 14/03/2013 so it's the one you sent lately.
I'll let you know in case the first one pops up.
