Wonder if he was a registered trader with insurance or if he's a back street guy... that is gonna be a hell of a claim either way.

So he detailed it and then went for a blast on wet roads possibly in the rain? that alone makes no sense
so at just 30 mph? a 'Mermaid riding on the back of a unicorn' jumped out in front of him and his avoiding action tore 2 wheels clean off ??!!
yeah that happens a lot,its well known Ferrari's are deadly at 30/40mph (especially when traction is switched off and your a total bellend)
    Rape him with a cactus

You'd hope he had relevant insurance as normal PLI doesn't cover driving vehicles.

Even if he had a good trade insurance most won't cover a vehicle of that value unless he paid a hell of a lot more for his policy

I mean hell our policy only covers £18k which would help much on that case.

""The damage is definitely sufficient enough for the car to be deemed a complete write-off and consequently, the owner should be awarded money for the total value of the lost Italian supercar.""

I'm guessing by that quote this side of things has been sorted.
And I'm going to say the owner wasn't daft enough take a super car of that value to a back street garage without the relevant insurance. Could be wrong though as the rich tend to want to stay rich ha

Something peculiar about that story if the detailer took it out in the rain. Bad times for both parties either way!

Yer he isnt the sharpest tool in the box if he details a car, has a cheeky drive and then presents the car to the owner with mud up the side lol

Yeah .... I just dont believe that story to be totally true.

you wouldnt detail a car then take it for a spin ... let a lone in the rain, It makes no sense. He more likely crashed the car himself and paid the detailer to take the blame or something

Or the detailer didn't detail it and this happened before he started?
