Used the standard part from in annsr box, cut down and welded back up. Works perfect

Had to space the clutch release bearing 3mm. The pivot on the arm had to be spaced 6mm overall. And the standard shifter was cut down and bolted onto a simple solid frame

That looks pretty sweet. Good effort!

What sort of power are you hoping to make?

You are more or less fitting all the parts I wanted to do. I'd likely stick with a garret turbo because of familiarity but I'm fully jealous once again.

I was intentionally going with a Garrett but heard good things about the bw and had an offer I couldn't refuse

Engine and gearbox back in where it belongs. And to my suprise the shifter landed in the original position. Now just need to make the gearbox support and new prop

Did you have to do much work on the trans tunnel to get the new box in? Top work with the shifter location too.

It's hard to say exactly as when I bought the shell the guy had already beaten the tunnel as he was going RB so I didn't actually have to do any beating in the end. So without comparing to an unbeaten chassis I can't help there. And cheers mate, main aim was to try get it in the original shifter location

What do guys use for the boost lines on external wastegates. Just thinking of the heat and the silicone lines that where on before

considering what the car is built for a turbo blanket to insulate the main heat source and some fire sleeve over all the lines,
silicone is not ideal for the wastegate lines even if sleeved, try something made for higher temps with a fire sleeve
I haven't studied the pics, but if not fitted a strong turbo brace to support it's weight will save the manifold from cracking
header wrap the manifold will reduce temps further, some will say it will crack but imo that comes from no turbo support brace

    Cheers for the reply.
Heat management is next on the list. I was going to get the Mani, turbo and downpipe ceramic coated. A brace is on the list aswell.
I guess best bet will be buying teflon line and fittings and heatsleeve them then like you say.
    Thanks again bud

ceramic coating is best option if the budget covers the cost, you don't have the fiber shedding issues and the engine bay covered in fibers for one
the coating is cleaner looking than the wrap as well, I'm low budget so I go with cheapest option and work upwards
Heat is the enemy of a turbo'd car getting worked hard on track,
I get ideas for mine from pictures of the gt500 JGTC and other time attack cars like Under suzuki, mca hammerhead etc and how they do things
