does count if you are already with green light, have 2 cars and have an accident ? .... or just if you are looking for new insurance ?
Maybe you could give a more detailed reply as your statement doesnt give all the info. If you have a fault or oustanding claim we wont be able to mirror NCB onto a 2nd policy. If you were claim free or the claim had been settled we could of offered you a GREAT price.
We can easily mirror NCB from one policy to another and have done so for many members of this forum Including Johnny above.....however when you have had an accident that would of affected your NCB (if not protected) you cannot mirror it onto two cars.
The whole point of a mirrored NCB is that a driver who has built up full NCB one car and then wants to run two cars. NCB can normally only be used on one vehicle at a time so you would normally have to start a policy on the 2nd car with zero NCB......For drivers who have been claim free we can mirror the NCB from the first policy meaning you dont have to start from scratch (saving you 65% on the 2nd car)

Of course not mate it only matters if you have had a fault/oustanding claim within the last 2yrs
If a customer has a recent fault/Outstanding accident and wants us to mirror his NCB from the first policy onto a 2nd car we wont be able help. You have to be free of fault/oustanding claims within the last 2 years to qualify for mirrored NCB

I'd like to apologise to Neil and the guys at Greenlight for my terrible attitude at the time of making the original post.
After a full day of repeating details and generally getting crappy responses from less than helpful and polite staff, not being able to get a quote here tipped me over the edge I think. Not that that's any excuse.
Apologies anyway, Neil has certainly been very helpful via PM since.
Greenlight, do you want us to remove this thread?
