That degree of rust is not at all bad for an S13. I've seen much, much worse get mended.
They can be fixed by cutting out the rust and welding a patch into it and that is the best way to do it BUT... it needs welding by a professional because the bootlid will warp very, very easily.
It doesn't need a continuous weld right round, it just needs tack welding then seam sealing and skim filling to get a smooth finish.
The tack welding needs to be done slowly and carefully to get good penetration of the weld with as little heat soak as possible.
The problems with using filler and fibreglass is that they very often suffer from shrinkage, sinking and cracking making a durable, professional finish very hard to achieve.
Its a shame the spoiler is so badly designed as I, personally, like the look of them.

As for the can belt, what a pain in the ass to get too... But now I can't get the bottom pulley off so will have to wait until Monday so I can get a puller and impact gun from work

So had the last week off work so it was time to take out every single optional extra in existence from the car
SO, I removed the head unit to find this
which was the fault of this stupid thing!
so cut out the cd changer loom and crimped the original head unit loom back together and attached an iso adapter
seeming though cd's are so 1999 I decided to get rid off it which meant taking the whole of the interior out
which lead me to another piece of crap, an amp for the cd changer
So with all of that ripped out I wanted to remove the alarm which according to the last owner never worked and just drained the battery.
Started with this:
which at first made me want to cry as it all looked like it was way over my head but after some forum trawling I ended up with this
so thats just the immobilizer and sunroof fuses left
So just tidied the remaining wiring up and now im very happy that everything still works
and just thought i'd leave on this as i thought it was kinda cool.
Completely original spare wheel thats never been fitted

So seeming though I am a true lover of music the standard sound system really wasn't cutting it so i needed the sub and speakers out of the polo and into the 200!
While i had it stripped out I laid some dynomat extreme
and spent a couple days making up this false floor/ sub box arrangement which i'm really happy with even though i was tempted to give up on the whole thing half way through as I couldn't see it working.
I've lost the rear seats but as everyone here knows they are pretty useless so i thought it was a fair compromise.

So that's now a new set of alpine 6x4's in the rear, a set of inphase 4" speakers and a 12" sub running off my inphase 4way amp and a set of inphase 5.25" in the doors

Just thought i'd put a few things i've done over the last month or so
Cleaned out the rear arches and gave them a good go with some under seal to try keep them mint
Got the rusty boot lid repaired
And got an Apexi cone filter from Nengun because thats the only place i could get the adapter for the maf. I painted it black as soon as i got it but kinda regretting not doing the maf at the same time but oh well
Might do the whole lot again in matte black instead of satin one day but for now the turbo chatter is keeping me happy
And that's about it, got some new lights and coilovers to fit soon and will get a full exhaust made aswell. Then onto wheels

that does look lovely, same colour as mine to, i got a k and n filter with adaptor of the bay gotta love a bit of waste gate chatter
We'll have to do a bit of strategic parking if all three of ours turn up at the Weekender. Show the 14s up
