Thanks guys just been to see nathannr's s14 and he mentioned the weekender. Just a shame it's so far away for us. If I get it looking decent I'll strongly consider popping up

    small update,

Got a new wheel as the s13 ones are pretty poor

OMP Corsica, 350mm Leather with yellow stitching

    Finally fitted coilovers

    and some clear side repeaters

My wheels came from the USA Just got to get a full 5-stud set up and ill be fitting them, hopefully this will be before the weekender but not sure

    Thumbs up

So after being ripped off and alot of ****ing around trying to get all my bits together for the 5stud conversion it finally happened at the start of November (Just because people on EBay say they are breaking a car it doesn't actually mean they will take the parts of it you need!). It took a solid weekend to get it all done which i didnt think was too bad, here's some pics

    235/40/17 on a 10j et18 Enkei RPF1

    215/40/17 on a 9j et22 Enkei RPF1

9j et22 with a 5mm spacer to clear the calipers comfortably so final et of et17

Front HSD coilovers wound all the way down with a lockring removed to get the lowest possible

350z Brembo calipers with standard 324mm discs

10j et 18 with the inner lip rolled flat for maximum clearance

also bought some cheap buckets for the time being

I'll hopefully get some better pictures outside when the weather gets a little warmer and dryer.

Heres some information that may help people one day:
The car has -3° of front and rear camber
The front wheels cleared the Brembo calipers by a hairs width so I fitted a 5mm slip on spacer for peace of mind
A 300zx z32 rear brake set up fits directly onto the rear drum arrangement of a uk s13 so all that's needed to fit it is; conversion hoses, z32 calipers and z32 discs. The disc simply slides over the existing drum mech.

Heres a list of the stuff i used for my 5-stud conversion
    •5 stud wheels
    •Rear 5 stud hubs of an s14
•Front 5 stud hubs and uprights from a s14 (have to drill out the s13 front coilovers from 12mm to 14mm for the larger s14 bolts)
•S14 front lower arms (to widen the track and to fit the uprights as s13 and s14 ball joints are different sizes)
•Front 350z Brembo calipers and discs (350z mounting bolts are 14mm not 12m like most other nissan brakes so had to drill out mount holes on uprights from 12mm to 14mm)
    •Rear 300zx Z32 calipers and discs
    •EBC Redstuff pads
•S14 track rods and track rod ends (Some people seem to get away with just the ends but other say the s13 track rods are too short for S14 lower arms)
    •Hardrace adjustable arm set
    •Wheel nuts
    •Conversion brake lines
    •Larger BM55 BMC
    •ABS delete kit
    •Brake fluid

Obviously you can save alot of hassle by keeping the abs and original S13 brake setup and re-drilling the discs but i wouldn't suggest it as they arn't that great
