I'm sorry Ross, I didn't see that you had asked a question. I'll sit on here 24hrs day and refresh every 5 minutes from now on. As some of you may know, we have had to look for an alternative method of shipping these out as the royal mail have changed their pricing scheme meaning that it would cost us nearly £7 to send these out. This means that actually we lose money on each one we send out rather than breaking even, now I'm sure that most people will appreciate that if we start making a loss then it all starts to go downhill and we start to find ourselves in deep shit. We don't do these to make money, we do these for you guys and do our best to make sure everything runs smoothly but unfortunately sometimes outside influences throw a spanner in the works momentarily. As it happens, there is no alternative available at short notice so we will take the hit so that you guys get your calendars, albeit a month late. If I can offer a sticker or TDH by way of an apology from us be sure to let me know

Without sounding argumentative Stu I think I'm perfectly entitled to ask where the calendar is and to expect a response.

I understand 100% this is not a money making scheme nor is it priority in people's lives. I would however expect at least an explanation as to why something I have paid for hasn't shown up in over 3 weeks.

Anyway thanks for getting it sent out at a loss. Let me know how much of a loss and I'll gladly send the money via paypal.

I totally agree fella, Of course you are entitled to ask why you haven't recieved your goods.....But instead of sending me a PM after you didn't get a reply on here you post up in a stroppy manner as if I'm ignoring you. That was the only thing that wound me up a little. I am only human and sometimes I miss things. Its not that these things are not a priority, far from it. This last two weeks I have spent almost every night up until gone 1 in the morning designing and sorting T-shirts, stickers, calendars and all the other merchandise as well as spending a good part of the days trying to sort out mailing solutions and on the phone to printers. Now I'm not complaining about this, I chose to do it and I enjoy doing it, just believe me when I say that merchandise is almost a full time job and accept my apologies if Things take a bit longer than hoped or if I miss a post or question
