you can fill up the stock engine mounts inside with windscreen bonding goop and make them as firm as nismo's and retain stock height
not done it myself (I'm solid Aluminum block and half a hockey puck),there was a thread on zilvia or here possibly?
iirc there is a hole already there and just fill them up, better than risers

I would but I've already altered the down pipe etc to suit the engine sitting higher up, and I also sold the stock mounts

Trying to persuade myself that this doesn't look half bad

Yeah I went ahead and bought the spacers, need to make some plates to raise the strut brace up now, some old wheel spacers might do the trick

Anyone know what spark plug lead fits the coil pack well so I can do the timing?

I use a mk4 first one that I stripped the end down of and just hold it in coil pack with lots of tape. There's probably a better one out there though.

So, I put the bonnet raisers on




Decided they look f**king hideous so I went for the other option




Waa laaaaa!

Gentleman, never buy Nismo mounts, they are more of a pain in the arse than they are worth

I've had to space the strut bar up 8mm to clear the engine, and cut the bonnet inner skin so it shuts properly without fouling the strut bar
