Oh and does everyone else's ignition barrel do this? Have a feeling the shear bolts have come loose?

yea I think mine is wobbly like that, I think 13s are prone to it with age ,I don't recall my 14a being like it
gauges look cool, I spent ages getting that vent panel out ,still broke it the fecking annoying thing
and was hoping for pics of centers, but alas we must wait

Think i may either get new shear bolts or put normal bolts in there see if it tightens up

Mine was already removed, this was the car that had all the flip out gauges, but never worked and had a few broken linkages so I removed it all, just something else to go wrong

Waiting on pics of centres myself, think the next picture I'll get is an assembled wheel

Special delivery! So Andy (Wardy88) decided instead of altering my manifold he'd make me his new style CA manifold, looking at it already it's going to be a lot nicer fit!

Oh and those waiting for pictures of faces.... You'll have to wait a bit longer , they only have two more stages to go 🏼

    £450

Although that's the price I paid for the original nearly 2 years ago, this new manifold is

    £525 lifetime warranty I believe

Ceramic polishing was the key to making these babies shine

I haven't got another set of wheels so they'll be all year round wheels, but the car will most probably be tucked away for winters, unless I get the urge on a dry winters day

I'll message you tomorrow, still planning on coming Sunday to pick it up 🏼

Update, new manifold on, exhaust is on, what ball ache it was though, down pipe was a mega shit fit for some reason, think it's been altered to sit closer to the body, it was ok with the previous exhaust system but was a right arse with the new manifold and expresme ti (EDIT: just realised the different turbo with the larger exhaust housing may be to blame )someone's smashed the passenger footwell up to fit it previously and I noticed a split in the floor so I'm going to cut it out and raise the passenger footwell up slightly so it's a better fit 🏼 still needs adjusting but at least it's on

Just read this from start to finish and it was one hell of a read. Props to you though mate as your standard of finish is spot on and your going to end up with a seriously good car. Plus that full exhaust system looks the tits!!

Cheers man, it's taken some time but I'm finally getting to the final stages!

I'm hoping it will be good
